Are Skineats products cruelty-free?
Yes! We test our products in the friendliest way possible — by testing everything on ourselves! But rest assured, no skin and souls are harmed in the process.
Are Skineats products organic & all-natural?
Skineats is not a brand focused on organic or all-natural formulas. We use high concentrations of natural ingredients wherever we can, but we also rely upon our deep understanding based on scientific research of what ingredients (some of which are made in the lab) that are remarkable for your skin. Ingredients we do avoid include synthetic colouring, synthetic fragrances and denatured alcohol.
Are Skineats products safe to be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding moms and those who are trying to conceive?
Skineats products does not contain any ingredients that are deemed unsafe for the aforementioned categories. However, it is best to consult your doctor before trying anything new for precautionary measures as we want you to feel safe and assured.
Are your products manufactured in Malaysia?
All Skineats products you know and love are still manufactured in the Malaysia!
All formulations of Skineats products are proprietary to our brand. Our products are formulated and manufactured locally, by a devoted team of chemists and researchers who work with us.
Order & Shipping
Where does Skineats ship to?
Skineats currently ships domestically within Malaysia. Skineats also offer international shipping to Brunei and Singapore.
For Brunei, you may shop our products from our authorised distributor twee.bn
Where do you ship from and how long will my order take to arrive?
We ship orders on business days only. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. local time or on weekends/holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day.
Most orders will arrive within 2-5 business days of being placed, accounting for the processing and fulfillment period as well as the time it takes each carrier to deliver the order. You’ll receive a confirmation number once your order is placed.
A tracking number with shipping information will be given as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Return, Exchange & Refund
What is your policy on return, exchange & refund?
Any defective order/products issue shall be reported to the Skineats HQ team via email (skineats.kl@gmail.com), Twitter or Instagram DM within 7 business days from its delivery date.
Returns AND/OR refunds are ONLY permitted for brand new, unused, and unopened products.
